All About Ms. Ruiz!!!

Hello…welcome to 3A!
This is my second year as a 3rd grade teacher at Clemente and I am very excited to be here and to be your child's teacher. I returned to Roberto Clemente to teach after formerly running the office.
A little about me...I have a Master's degree in Education. My Bachelor's degree is in Graphic Design  and I first started at Clemente teaching Technology when the program still existed within the Acero Charter School Network. When I'm not teaching, I love to ride my bike, go swimming or to the beach, and go dancing!
Throughout each school year it is my goal to keep the lines of communication open with parents and students to ensure I provide the best education possible for each child to succeed. I am available throughout the week for any questions or concerns and can be contacted through Class Dojo or my email
Please check your child's folder every night for important papers.  Their folders need to come back every day.

Social Emotional Learning: Throughout the year, our class will work collaboratively to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where every student is valued and cared about.  We will learn, grow, and succeed as a community dedicated to reaching our fullest potentials. The students will learn to overcome challenges through Growth Mindset and express their needs by communicating fairly and effectively.
